Peter Hannan, Director & CEO

Peter is the founder and director of Pinnacle Institute of Education. Peter has been delivering educational services through Pinnacle Institute of Education for over 22 years.

Peter was responsible for the establishment and growth of Pinnacle from its inception to current date and has overseen the governance and operations of the company throughout its lifecycle.

Peter is the highest Executive in the business and is responsible for maintaining Pinnacle’s relationships with all of its regulatory authorities (i.e. ATO, ASQA and ASIC) in addition to driving the culture of the business throughout its staff, students, partners and stakeholders.

James Ridley, Director

James is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.

James has over 20 years of experience in providing services to the education sector including Universities, TAFE, Secondary Colleges and Private Training Organisations.

James recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of International Security Training Academy for a 4 year period and has extensive experience in regulatory and industry considerations related to the security training sector.
